Adjustable Foot Brace for Plantar Fasciitis

Suffering from sharp pains in your heels when you take your first step in the morning? This adjustable foot brace is your solution.

A plantar fasciitis sufferer is familiar with the excruciating pain which is most unbearable when you take your first step in the morning after a long night's sleep. This happens because the plantar fascia is healing in an uncompressed state with the legs naturally pointing downwards while sleeping, and when the first steps are taken after long inactivity your plantar fascia starts to tear again. It then becomes a vicious cycle which prolongs this condition.

It is a known fact that plantar fasciitis sufferers can experience years of pain and agony. The solution to this is to keep your plantar fascia mildly stretched during times of inactivity especially at night when it is healing (along with other recommended physiotherapy exercises). This can be achieved by wearing foot braces or night splints. Most foot braces however, are either too uncomfortable to sleep in, too bulky to walk with or even difficult to find the right size to fit you, which results in not being able to heal your plantar fasciitis effectively.

This plantar fascia brace is different from other common splints in the market. It comprises of two pieces allowing you to attach and adjust the location of where it gives you the most optimum stretch without having to worry about size fittings. The middle velcro belt also lets you adjust the tension of the flex on your plantar fascia to what is most suitable for you. It is so small that you can even wear it out by strapping it to your shoes or remove it for when you need to keep it in the bag. It's soft and breathable material lets you wear it to sleep comfortably and for long hours. This plantar fascia splint is truly a one of a kind not found in any brick and mortar store. When used frequently and correctly, your plantar fascia will start healing at a quicker pace while also reducing those excruciating morning stretches and first steps.

How to use

The two piece plantar fascia brace needs to be attached to your leg and foot snugly to maximize the results. While the velcro belt should be tensioned to the point you get a mild stretch at your plantar fascia, not too much that the toes are uncomfortably stretched. Adjust any of the parts as needed to achieve a good fit.
